Limitation of Liability: → Sovor RTO Guard is a risk reduction tool — not a guarantee of zero RTOs → Results vary by merchant category, geography, and order volume → Total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim → Sovor is not liable for Shopify, WhatsApp, Meta, or India Post downtime → Merchants are solely responsible for their final order fulfilment decisions

Unauthorised reproduction, copying, reverse engineering, or distribution is prohibited under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

What We Collect:
For E-Commerce customers: Name, email, phone, delivery address, order history, payment records, export documentation data.
For SaaS merchants: Shopify store information, order history, COD patterns, WhatsApp Business credentials, billing and subscription information.
For End Consumers of SaaS merchants: Order ID, phone number, PIN code, COD risk classification, WhatsApp response signals. No payment data stored.
Where Data Is Processed: India — Google Cloud infrastructure

GCC merchants: Disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. EU/UK consumers: Statutory consumer protection rights are not affected. Indian consumers: Rights under Consumer Protection Act 2019 remain fully intact. International buyers: Import compliance in destination country remains the buyer's responsibility.
