RETURN AND REFUND POLICY — SOVOR

OVERVIEW
Sovor sells two types of products with separate return policies: → Physical products (Sovor Edge range) → Sovor RTO Guard (SaaS subscription — see Section 3)
- PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — RETURN POLICY
Return Window: 7 days from date of delivery for India orders.
Eligible for Return: → Unopened + factory seal intact → Original packaging in undamaged condition → Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return: → Opened containers or broken seal (food safety — no exceptions for protein powder) → Products damaged due to improper storage → Products purchased during clearance sales
Damaged or Wrong Product: → Contact within 48 hours of delivery → Send photos to arvind@sovor.store → Full replacement dispatched within 3 business days at no cost → No need to return the damaged product
How to Initiate a Return: → Email arvind@sovor.store — Subject: "Return Request — [Your Order Number]" → Include: order number, reason, photos if applicable → Response within 2 business days → Return shipping address provided on approval
Refund Process: → Full product value refunded to original payment method → Processing time: 5–7 business days → Return shipping cost: borne by customer unless product is defective or wrong item sent
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — RETURN POLICY
→ No returns accepted for international orders → Damaged or wrong product: full replacement or refund case by case → Contact arvind@sovor.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos → Customs duties paid by buyer are non-refundable in all cases
- SOVOR RTO GUARD — SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY
Free Trial: → No charge during free trial period → Cancel anytime before trial ends — zero charges
Monthly Subscriptions: → No refunds on monthly subscription fees → Cancel anytime — access continues until end of current billing period → No partial month refunds
Annual Plans: → Not currently offered. Monthly subscriptions only at this time.
How to Cancel: → Shopify Admin → Apps → Sovor RTO Guard → Uninstall → Subscription cancelled automatically. No cancellation fee.
- CONSUMER RIGHTS
Indian Customers: Rights under Consumer Protection Act 2019 remain fully intact. Disputes may be filed with NCDRC or relevant State Commission.
EU/UK Customers: Statutory consumer rights under applicable EU and UK law are not affected by this policy.
