TERMS OF SERVICE — SOVOR

OVERVIEW
These Terms govern your use of sovor.store and all Sovor services including: → Purchase of physical products (Sovor Edge range) → Use of Sovor RTO Guard SaaS via the Shopify App Store

PART A — GENERAL TERMS
- ELIGIBILITY
→ Must be 18 years or older → Businesses using RTO Guard must be legally registered entities → Shopify merchants must have an active and compliant Shopify store
- ACCOUNT AND ACCESS
→ Account optional for e-commerce purchases → RTO Guard access managed via Shopify Admin → You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality → Notify arvind@sovor.store immediately if unauthorised access suspected
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content including software, risk algorithms, brand identity, blog content, WhatsApp templates, and product formulations are exclusive intellectual property of Sovor and Col. Arvind Jadli (Retd.) Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
- PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree NOT to: → Use sovor.store for any unlawful purpose → Reverse engineer risk scoring algorithms → Scrape or harvest data from sovor.store → Use RTO Guard to discriminate against customers unlawfully → Share merchant API credentials with third parties → Circumvent billing or exploit free trial limits → Submit fraudulent orders or abuse COD verification
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
→ Physical products: liability limited to price paid for the product in dispute → SaaS: liability limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim → No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages → No liability for Shopify, WhatsApp, Meta, or India Post downtime → Risk scores are indicators only — final decisions remain the merchant's responsibility
- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sovor from claims arising from: → Your breach of these Terms → Your violation of applicable laws → Your use of risk data causing harm to others → Disputes between you and your customers arising from RTO Guard use
- FORCE MAJEURE
Sovor shall not be liable for delays caused by: → India Post or courier strikes or outages → WhatsApp / Meta API downtime → Shopify platform outages → Internet or telecommunications failures → Natural disasters or extreme weather → Government actions or pandemic restrictions → Google Cloud infrastructure outages
- GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governed by the laws of India. Primary jurisdiction: Courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India
GCC merchants: arbitration available under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. EU/UK users: statutory consumer rights are not affected. Indian consumers: Consumer Protection Act 2019 rights remain fully intact.
PART B — E-COMMERCE TERMS
- PRODUCTS

Descriptions are as accurate as possible. Colours may vary due to screen settings. Prices subject to change but confirmed price at checkout is honoured for that order.
- FSSAI DISCLAIMER
Sovor Edge Plant Protein Powder is FSSAI licensed (License No: 12625999000157). It is NOT a medicine. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
- ORDERING AND PAYMENT
→ India prices in INR inclusive of applicable GST → International prices in USD exclusive of customs duties → Payment due at time of purchase → Order confirmation sent within 30 minutes of successful payment → Sovor reserves the right to cancel orders for pricing errors or suspected fraud → Cancellation refund processed in 5–7 business days
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
India (Standard): → Dispatched within 2–3 business days → Delivery via India Post only → Metro cities: 4–6 business days after dispatch → Tier 1/2 cities: 5–8 business days after dispatch → Tier 3 and rural: 7–12 business days after dispatch → Remote areas: 10–15 business days after dispatch → Free shipping on all orders → COD available on select pin codes
International Exports: → Available on request under IEC (AFBPJ7328A) → Contact arvind@sovor.store for rates and timelines → Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility

PART C — SAAS TERMS
- SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Sovor RTO Guard provides COD risk scoring, WhatsApp verification, PIN code intelligence, India Post logistics integration, and RTO analytics. Distributed via the Shopify App Store and governed by both these Terms and Shopify's Platform Terms of Service.
- SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
Free Trial: → Risk Gate feature: 3-month free trial from date of installation → No credit card required during free trial → WhatsApp and India Post modules: subscription required from day one → Trial ends automatically — you will be notified before any charges apply
Paid Plans: → Billed monthly in advance → Auto-renews unless cancelled → Price changes notified 30 days in advance
Annual Plans: → Not currently offered. Monthly subscriptions only.
Cancellation: → Shopify Admin → Apps → Sovor RTO Guard → Uninstall → Access continues until end of current billing period → No cancellation fees
- ACCEPTABLE USE OF RISK DATA
You agree to: → Use risk data only for legitimate order fulfilment decisions → Not discriminate against customers based on protected characteristics → Not share risk data with third parties without customer consent → Comply with DPDP Act 2023 as Data Controller for your customers → Maintain appropriate disclosures to your customers about COD verification
- SERVICE AVAILABILITY
→ We target reasonable uptime and will notify users of planned maintenance at least 24 hours in advance → Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice → Uptime excludes downtime caused by Shopify, WhatsApp, or India Post
- DATA OWNERSHIP
→ Your store data remains yours → Your customers' data remains yours → You grant Sovor a limited licence to process data solely for providing the service → Aggregated and anonymised risk intelligence (no PII) is owned by Sovor → On cancellation: data retained 36 months then deleted → Earlier deletion available on request: arvind@sovor.store
- TERMS UPDATES
For material changes: → Active SaaS merchants notified via email 30 days in advance → E-commerce customers notified before changes take effect
For minor changes: → Updated on sovor.store immediately. No advance notice required.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products sold on sovor.store: → Sovor Edge Plant Protein Powder → Sovor Edge Anti-Skid Mats → Sovor Edge Portable Blenders
All orders shipped exclusively via India Post.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIME
→ Processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation → Business days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays → Orders placed after 2pm IST may be processed the next business day → Dispatch confirmation email with tracking details sent once shipped
- SHIPPING CARRIER
INDIA POST — Department of Posts, Government of India indiapost.gov.in
→ Speed Post — metro and tier 1 cities → Registered Post — tier 2/3 cities and remote areas
Covers 155,000+ post offices including remote areas where private couriers do not reach.
- DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS (INDIA)
FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India. No minimum order value.
Payment Methods: → Prepaid: PhonePe, Shopify Payments, UPI, Credit/Debit Card → Cash on Delivery (COD): available on select pin codes
COD Note: COD orders are subject to a brief WhatsApp verification message before dispatch. This helps confirm your order and reduces failed deliveries. Verification typically completed within 2–4 hours during business hours.
- DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIMELINE (INDIA)
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): → 4–6 business days after dispatch
Tier 1 and Tier 2 Cities: → 5–8 business days after dispatch
Tier 3 Cities and Rural Areas: → 7–12 business days after dispatch
Remote Areas (Northeast, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep): → 10–15 business days after dispatch
These are estimated timelines. India Post delivery may vary due to local schedules, public holidays, or weather. Sovor is not responsible for delays once the package is dispatched.
- GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE (INDIA)
→ Ships to all pin codes serviced by India Post → Non-serviceable pin codes flagged at checkout → No PO Box addresses → Accurate address including pin code is mandatory → Customer responsible for providing correct address → Sovor not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address
- ORDER TRACKING
→ Tracking number provided via email within 24 hours of dispatch → Track at: indiapost.gov.in → Track Consignment → Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after dispatch → For help: email arvind@sovor.store with your order number
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Sovor is IEC registered (IEC: AFBPJ7328A) — exports available on request.
Carrier: India Post EMS (Express Mail Service)
How to Order Internationally: → Email arvind@sovor.store with: country, products, quantities, full delivery address → We confirm: shipping cost (USD), timeline, payment method → Typical delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination
Important: → Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility → Accurate commercial invoice and HS codes provided for customs clearance → Sovor not responsible for customs clearance delays → International shipping costs non-refundable once dispatched
- DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Damaged on Arrival: → Photograph damaged packaging and product immediately → Email arvind@sovor.store within 48 hours — Subject: "Damaged — [Order No]" → Replacement dispatched within 3 business days at no cost → No need to return the damaged product
Lost in Transit: → Contact us if order not arrived within maximum estimated timeline → We raise complaint with India Post on your behalf → India Post investigation: 7–14 business days → Full replacement or refund after investigation → Email arvind@sovor.store with your order number
- FAILED DELIVERY
→ India Post leaves delivery attempt notice if you are unavailable → Collect from nearest post office within 7 days → After 7 days: package returned to sender → Reshipping charges apply for returned packages. Exact amount communicated via email before redispatch — your approval required before we reship. → COD orders returned due to non-pickup not eligible for refund of COD convenience charges (if any)
- RETURNS
